The "Tourist-information Bad Sachsa" facilitates 10 wonderful trails of which 9 starting right outside our front door. Perhaps even more importantly ...... the end of your walk could just happen to be on our lovely terrace where you can reminisce over a hot or blissful cold drink.

In addition to hiking, many guests come especially to go on an adventure on the mountain bike trails. Countless routes can be explored in the Harz. How easy it is not to have to drive somewhere to get started. The link below will take you to the mountain bike routes that start almost at our front door.

The "start" is officially at the address given below, but you can of course easily start from Haus am See, as the routes actually pass by our house.
