For emergencies only, we can be reached 24 hours a day on 0049 5523 949 1441.
ALARM
In case of an emergency, we can always be reached on our dedicated telephone number: 0049 5523 949 1441. Please only use this number when there actually is an emergency. In all other cases please call us on our cellphones. The general German emergency number for emergency services is 0049-112. Please make yourself familiar with the evacuation routes, it is located on the inside of the room door.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, one of us (Rob or Katja) will have greeted you and checked you in.
Our check-in times are between 15:00 and 18:00. In exceptional cases, a later check-in is possible after consultation and for an additional fee.
We run the guest house together without further employees. In the morning we prepare breakfast with much love and the rest of the day we are busy with all other work in and around the guest house. We are always open to suggestions and hope you feel at home in our house.
